Scope of Agreement

This document outlines the standard policies governing all creative service engagements with Veristzon. By proceeding with any service request, the client agrees to abide by the terms stated herein.

Your Commitments to Us

• Provide clear, accurate, and complete project information
• Submit all required materials (data, documents, guidelines) on time
• Respond to feedback requests promptly
• Review deliverables within agreed timelines

Delays in providing information or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

How We Handle Payments

• An initial commitment fee (advance payment) is required before work begins
• Balance must be paid before final delivery or release of editable files
• Large projects may be structured in milestones
• Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced

Revisions & Amendments

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions, communicated at the start
• Revisions must remain within the original project scope
• Major changes or new directions are treated as a new request and billed accordingly

Timelines & Urgency

• Project timelines are agreed upon before commencement
• Timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness
• Urgent or expedited requests may attract additional charges

What We Deliver

Veristzon is committed to structured, high-quality, professional outputs aligned with industry standards and client goals. Final outcomes (business success, publication acceptance, funding approval) depend on external factors beyond our control.

Your Data is Safe

All client information, documents, and data are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, disclose, or reuse client materials without explicit written permission.

Ownership of Deliverables

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client
• Veristzon reserves the right to retain non-confidential samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed

AI-Assisted Processes

Some services may involve advanced AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality. All outputs are professionally reviewed and refined for accuracy and relevance. Clients acknowledge and accept AI-assisted processes where applicable.

Scope of Responsibility

Veristzon shall not be held liable for decisions made based on delivered content, business or financial outcomes, or third-party rejections (journals, grant bodies, institutions).

Pausing or Ending a Project

• A project may be paused or terminated if the client fails to meet obligations (payment, communication, materials)
• Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable

Agreement to Proceed

By engaging Veristzon Global for creative services, the client confirms they have read and understood this policy, agreed to all terms, and committed to a professional working relationship.
