  • Procurement services once third-party orders have been placed on your behalf.

  • Include your payment proof, date of transaction, service details, and reason for the request.
  • Allow up to 5–7 business days for review and feedback.

In lieu of a refund, Veristzon Global may offer:

  • Service credit for future use.
  • Partial refund, where applicable.
